Upon acceptance, you will need to email your agent pictures of your photo ID, proof of financials, and the remaining deposits to complete the application process.
Payments
Upon acceptance, we’ll need to collect the rest of your deposits to deliver to the landlord. Your agent will let you know exactly what’s due at that time and you can pay by either check, wire, or credit card via PayPal. If you elect to use the PayPal service we charge an additional 2.9% processing fee on what is owed.
